Although no load shedding for farmers is best, the most urgent practical solution is an adjustment of load shedding schedules or lowering of load shedding phases for certain agricultural areas in order for production to continue.

The latter two options are currently being considered by the authorities, but to make these options a reality we need to know where affected farmers are located so that we can indicate in which areas these options can be implemented.
